Below is the information about the actual offset smoker:
(there is two, and both offset smokers are exactly the same)
- Overall smoker dimensions (single smoker) : 435cm long and 95cm wide, total weight – 950KG
- Insulated firebox , 1 meter long
- The cooking chamber is 85cm in diameter and 300cm long.
- Heavy-duty 5mm thick rolled steel plate construction, with heat-resistant paint finish.
- Chamber has two doors(large and small), large doors lets to fit whole animal without cutting in pieces (hog, sheep, etc.).
- Removable cooking grate, round rods steel construction(main level)
- Pull out framed heavy mesh cooking rack (upper level)
- Chamber lids are equipped with the counterweights for easy to open and close…
- Two large temperature gauges in Celsius and Fahrenheit.
