Its a multifunctional BBQ Trailer includes reverse flow smoker/cooker, cabinet smoker/cooker/warmer and Argentine style grill, all these are mounted on the single axle trailer chassis.
It’s a unique portable medium size barbecue trailer with enormous grilling and smoking space. The BBQ Trailer is a fully-functional mobile cooking machine, complete with three(3) independent cooking chambers.
The large reverse flow horizontal smoking/cooking chamber is for traditional “low & slow” or even “hot & fast” cooking methods, equipped with the grease/fat drip tray (drainage) for easy clean and maintenance.
The cabinet Smoker/Warmer at the back of the trailer can be used for traditional /cooking/smoking methods, for preheating or just a keep food warm, before serving, etc… equipped with the own independent temperature control, airflow dampers, drip tray/water pan, also has removable separation plate/heat deflector for easier temperature control…
Large Argentine style grill mounted from the other side of the smoking chamber, which aloud to control the heat when grilling by lifting up and lowering dawn the grilling grate by turning the crank wheel… Perfect for Steaks, sausages, shaslik, kebabs, and hundreds others types of food for grilling over direct heat… It also an be used for asado style cooking methods for slow cooking on lower temperature…
This versatile setup on a trailer lets you smoke/cook/grill/heat/sear/ in different temperatures in all chambers at the same time.
The latest version of BM-1 now comes with a counterweight on the horizontal chamber lid and also now all doors/lids(main chamber, cabinet, and firebox) sealed with the heat resistant fiberglass rope for fuel-saving, easier control internal temperature, smoke leaks, etc.
Main cooking chamber also equipped with longer chimney stack for better airflow and clean smoke
The BBQ Unit is made in 4-5mm thick steel, finished in heat-resistant paint and looks smart and sophisticated.
